What model Tevas do you wear? Mens or womens. Also since they only make whole sizes, do you find that they run large or small? I normally wear a 6.5, but am not sure if a 6 or 7 would be better.

Thanks for your help!

I also wear a 6.5 and have owned Tevas in both size 6 and size 7. Believe it or not, they fit equally well! The straps make fit adjustable.

I have had several different styles of Tevas, and the only name I can remember is that one of them was a Hurricane style.

Every pair of Tevas I've owned has been comfortable. We returned from Disney 2 weeks ago. We wore our Tevas (all 4 of us!) for 9 days while on vacation, and none of us had a blister from them. We wear our Tevas all of the time at home. They are soooooooo comfortable! :cheer2:

I also wear a 6.5 and my Tevas are a 7. I usually order from Zappos.com. Each shoe has a lot of customer reviews which helped me decide which size to order. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn!!!!

I researched a bit before I decided and I ended up buying women's Teva Pretty Rugged leather sandals. I LOVE them. No more blisters.

Now I also own a pair of the nylon Teva Pretty Rugged as they dry faster.

They are a great pair of walking sandals.

I bought both pairs on sale and didn't pay more then $40 for each of them. I just do a search on Froogle.com for the sales...

They do run on the large size. I have a size 7 and there's plenty of room.

The Tevas everyone wears, are they just the leather or the nylon strapped (hurricane style) ones? I'd like to buy the hurricane ones but don't know if they are just as comfortable as the leather.

IMHO, the leather ones are a tad more comfy BUT the nylon ones dry faster. They are also comfortable but the leather are just a bit more comfy.

If you like flip flops try Teva Mush.
They are like walking on clouds. Even the thong part. Not even a hint of a blister ever.
Not sure about drying time though. I should try that before we go. :flower:

All my tevas are the nylon kind. They are so comfortable.

I was away this weekend with my mom and my 2 sisters. One of my sisters didn't bring sneakers, and we were going to walk the Cliff Walk in Newport, RI. I gave her my sneakers, as I prefer walking/hiking in the Tevas. I have done many miles in them, and they are still holding strong. Never a blister or a raw skin area.

I ordered another pair recently at www.sierratradingpost.com on sale for $25, just to have a variety of colors, plus I could not pass up the deal!
