We are a Tevas Family. We wear Tevas from about April until October and we love them. I can't think of how any shoe can be better than my Tevas, but then.........................

I'm reading a lot about Crocs here! Tell me why you love them. Are they worth a try? Has anyone had blisters from them? Are they comfortable enough for heavy-duty Disney walking? Do your feet sweat in them, or do the holes provide enough air?

Thanks! If they sound good enough to try, I just might get a pair. I saw them at Dicks today and they had lots of colors.

I've never had TEVAS but I do love crocs
They come in many different colors
They dry off quicky
They are so comfy
In Disney i didn't get one blister from them
I wore them with and without socks both were comfortable
They are extremly comfortable for heavy duty walking or just around the house or even in the water parks in you like light weight 'water shoes'
My feet didn't sweat once and crocs have smell resistant rubber material (don't know the technical name?)
I love them because i can just throw them on in the morning and not worry about getting them wet becauset They dry off so quick
So i highly recomend these shoes :goodvibes

I was a die-hard Teva devotee until I found Crocs! I wore out three pairs of Tevas (so you know how long I was a fan) before I converted to my favorite light blue Crocs which I bought initially for kayaking but began to wear all the time. I even wear them in the winter with socks (though not when it's wet outside).

-Crocs are just as comfortable, if not more so, than Tevas.
-Crocs are easier to slip on and off than Tevas (no hands or bending required!)
-Crocs dry off faster than Tevas.
-Crocs DO NOT SMELL (unlike my Tevas which were awful after a long day's walking).
-My feet occasionally sweat in Crocs, but I'd rather have them sweat in Crocs and not smell than sweat in Tevas and smell horrible.
-Because Crocs are so big, they just feel more stable than Tevas.
-Crocs are cheaper than Tevas!!!

That's my $.02! Good luck with your decision!

I have both Crocs and Tevas and love them both! I take them both to WDW and wear them both equally, trading off as the mood strikes. What got me started with Crocs was seeing how many doctors and nurses wear them. I would try Crocs, you never know for your own feet until you try them! And they aren't that expensive so you aren't investing a huge amount of money. Do not however buy the knock offs, they are made from a totally different material and not nearly as good.

i have crocs - but i think i need to wear them more
and give them a chance
because everyone seems to love them
i always wore sneakers and tons of moleskin-i guess i have sensitive feet
but then i read here about tevas
well i bought and tried them-i got the kealas (i think thats what they're called) well-i love them
no more sneakers for me
so i went on line to try and buy more of the same kind and they are discontinued-im so upset
so right now i am sticking with tevas but i really want to try out my crocs

I tried on a pair of crocs today. Felt good, looked stupid. I felt like I had little clubs on the end of my feet. Maybe it's just cause I have fairly large feet, but they were not the most attractive things I have ever seen!

not attractive...but comfortable
I counted how many people I saw in Crocs on a daily basis and there where tons in Disney!
Even in my High School people would see them and say how cool they looked and wanted to know where to get them
They are one of my favorite pairs of shoes...and i have A LOT of SHOES :rotfl:
