I have lots of Teva Mush sandals and just love them. I am thinking of purchasing a Teva Sport type sandal for our next WDW trip. Anyone have any suggestions off a style that works best?

My daughters and I wore the Teva Pretty Rugged 2 style sandals for our trip last summer. Personally, I never wore anything else the whole vacation. They were extremely comfortable, even after all day walking in the parks. If your feet get wet, they dry pretty quickly. As long as you don't mind the funny tan lines that they make on your feet (which I don't really care about), then these are a great choice! Mind you, they are not cheap :scared1:, but you can usually search around and find discontinued colors for a much smaller price. :yay:

Good luck with your search!

I just bought a new pair of Teva Terra Fi 2. I usually wear them the entire trip and haven't had any problems. I haven't tried the Pretty Rugged but they sound good too.

Teva sandals are ok but I really prefer Rafters, they are cheaper, feel sturdier to me and virtually indestructible. They are all I wear on my feet from May to September when i'm not at work. They are great for kayaking, swimming, etc....

I have the Teva Toachis and I love them, the footbed is very squishy and supportive. They also cover the toes which I like, I'm always afraid of getting smashed toes walking around with so many people. The only issue some might have with them is the drainage holes in the footbed. I have never had a problem but I can see why some people think it is pinchy. you would have to put them on to see if it bothers you.

I've worn my Teva Pretty Rugged Leather down there. They have the smoother foot bed, than most of the Teva sandals. They were OK, but I prefer my Teva Mush flip flops.

I bought the Teva Terra Fi 2 for this trip after being totally converted to them last trip. I took my sneakers along with me the last trip because I was worried that my feet would get sore staying in the Teva's all day every day... needless to say, the sneakers never saw Disney! Now, I just had to have the newest sandal and try them out. I got mine through Amazon with free shipping and I think I paid somewhere around $45 total. They are totally worth the price. I have even started jogging in them because they are so light and comfortable. In May, my sneakers are staying home!

I also have the Teva Mush slip-ons and they are great. Unfortunately they don't secure to the foot enough to make me feel like they would be a great choice for getting on/off rides at Disney. I went to a local sporting goods store last week in search of a Teva sports sandal with the same comfort as the Mush but the 2 Teva styles I tried on were not nearly as comfortable. My search continues!

I have the Teva Pretty Rugged in both leather and rubber and I like the leather ones much better for WDW. The insole has more cushion than the rubber tevas and therefore seems more comfortable. Unfortunatley, mine have gotten wet over the years and even after applying waterproofing to them every Spring, they are starting to crack a bit, but I bought them on sale for $20 so I'm not too worried. If you don't care about them getting wet, I'd say go for the pretty rugged's in leather.

I wear Tevas quite a lot during the year. They are great in water but at Disney I have had them give me a blister on the toe next to the straps. It's important to adjust them correctly espically for a lot of walking/hiking. My DW and I both also wear Keen sandals and shoes (she has lime green ones even). Very comfy, supportive and waterproof also.

I wore a pair of Teva Dozers almost exclusively on our trip last year and never got one blister, and I get blisters at the drop of a hat. Even my Keens and my Crocs give me blisters so I have to wear socks with them. (not stylish by any stretch, I know) But with the Tevas I don't recall even having sore feet except for the one day we went for 12 hours straight (Epcot is definitely a two day park from now on)
