Try this...

&ltimg width=200 src="http://disney01.photonet.com/cgi-pv/images.pl/DI01PE3PB8VBU/1.jpg">

You should then get this...

<img width=200 src="http://disney01.photonet.com/cgi-pv/images.pl/DI01PE3PB8VBU/1.jpg">

That will be within the clipart guidelines too. The largest dimension should be 200 or less if I remember correctly.
