I believe that your problem is geocities. I've seen more than one time where people have used them to store images and link to them from here only to have geocites disable the ability to hotlink to those images. It may come and go with them but I don't believe that you'll ever be able to rely on them allowing hotlinking to images stored there.

<font color=navy>I find that when I get the properties of the pic, and put them up in the url address & hit go, then return to the post, I can see the pic... but, I don't know how many people are going to do that.

Sites that let you hotlink (let you show your pics in posts when they're on another site) are getting harder to come by.

Yikes yea.. I was afraid of that with Geocities. I'll have more time to fiddle with them today to see if I can get them to work!
