So very close... Copy and paste this:

&#91img]http://members.aol.com/_ht_a/vltdisney/tink04.gif&#91/img]

Notice that it is &#91img] in front of the URL and &#91/img] behind it.

The only issue is if you are going to use it in your signature, there are some guidelines and this one is outside them, I believe. Check out this link.
