People misspell my name. They say Alison instead of Allison. Or sometimes they'll put Alyson.A lot of people misspell my name. I keep thinking, "It's Billy, it's five letters...."
I've seen Allison spelled so many different ways. I just call them all Alli to make things simple.I saw that hat. I had a Krispy Kreme hat like that.

Waffle House has hats?
I need to get a Waffle House hat...To eBay!
I don't really care how my name is spelled. Most people just call me Allie or Allison. My mom hates it when people call me Allie though. "You sound like an ally cat."I've seen Allison spelled so many different ways. I just call them all Alli to make things simple.

heck yes.
im wearing it when i go get a job application there. maybe score some points with the manager.
Wouldn't it just be easier to go to the Waffle House?
And Allison is one of those names that has so many variations. So does:
Caitlin (or Kaitlyn, or Katelyn, or Kaitlin, or Catelyn, srsly this name has so many)
Alicia.
And some others that escape my mind.
Alley cat? There a lot worse things then that to be called. I like the Alley cats in Aristocats, though.I don't really care how my name is spelled. Most people just call me Allie or Allison. My mom hates it when people call me Allie though. "You sound like an ally cat."![]()

I know. She just doesn't like nicknames for some reason. I liked the movie Aristocats. It was a cute movie.Alley cat? There a lot worse things then that to be called. I like the Alley cats in Aristocats, though.![]()
Hilary Ilary? That would be hard to say after a while.I've never seen the Aristocats.
People mostly call me Hil if they bother to call me anything other than my name. My best friend used to call me Hilary Ilary because she liked doing that.
I usually don't use nicknames on friends, mostly because my friends have names that don't have good nicknames. With the exception of a Jess, and a Jen.
But their names are so generic.
It would probably get you some brownie points. Wear it. Just to see reactions.
That would be so funny to see. A random girl wearing a Waffle House hat, filling out an application. For better reactions, apply at IHOP.i was wearing it in a book store earlier today. haha. and ill put it in my purse and whip it out when they had me the application and wear it while im filling it out. haha.
I dislike Tay. It sounds like something someone would say when they're about four or five. I used to have a friend that called herself Tay-Tay. Of course, I was six, so it was fine.Sometimes she'd go : Hilary ilary, Hilary ilary.
It was really annoying.
I hate it when people nickname the name Taylor. I had a friend named that and her mother named her that so people couldn't give her nicknames.
And then people started calling her Tay.
Drove me insaneee.
When I was little people'd call me Hilroy because Hilary looked like the brand of paper and notebooks.
Hila? Is it really that hard to add the extra syllable? I like nicknames when they're cute and make sense.Yeah, six isn't bad.
When I was six my best friend (she's just a normal friend now, I kinda dislike her a lot, she's the morbid, WHY ISNT ANYONE DYING IN THIS MOVIE chick) called me Hilla.
It drove me insane, but she refused to call me anything else.
