Test Track

Any way to find out when Test Track is open? Last year we went one day and the boys loved it, then on our last day we went to Epcot and Test Track was closed for the day. Does it close on a regular schedule or just when it breaks down?

It was broke down for a while on Valentines Day, but was back up and running later on. If it's down for regularly scheduled maintenance, that would be listed on Disney's calendar on their website. Oh, and something I didn't know is that even though FutureWorld closed at 7pm, Test Track was still open til 9pm. Very cool to ride it at night.

TT breaks down quite a bit and does not run in bad or rainy weather.

They won't run the ride if it is raining or there is a threat. I got to the wall to go outside and they shut it down. I had to walk back to the front. We got in front of line passes good for anytime. It was an interesting experience walking through the ride. When it is broke it is down.

When we were there,WHILE in line,it broke down several times.It is however,worth the wait,LOTS of fun!

I do wish there was a way to find out if this ride is open without walking all the way over to it since it goes down so muc. Ditto Dinosaur at AK. Ditto Space Mountain and Big Thunder. Does anyone know whether there is a place in the parks that list wait times or status of rides throughout the park? I seem to remember something like this at MGM several years ago. It was a nice feature.

Epcot: back side of pin central in Future World
MGM: intersection of Hollywood & Sunset
AK: not sure...
