Test Track Ride Photos

So I'm going through all our photopass photos and getting ready to download everything. We have been on Test Track all of 3 times. Once last trip and twice this year. All 3 times the ride photos have been of some other family. Is this a thing? I haven't heard others complaining about it. Is TT always screwed up on the photos? Or are we special?

Off to go find a good photo to use from that day to fill out the lost picture form. Twice.

We always tap our band to collect our photo at the end of the ride if they offer that option to make sure we have it. Technology can be flawed. Do you remember the day, time and outfits you wore when you did the ride? If you do you can call and have the photo retrieved and have it added to your account. We had to do this when our MK Main Street photo never showed up.

Yes, I think I have enough info that they'll be able to find the pictures. It's just odd that 100% of the times we've ridden TT the picture has been wrong. We haven't had issues on any other rides (and usually get 5 copies from 5 MBs so I know they aren't the problem). Thanks for the suggestion to tap. We'll do that for TT from now on.

Of the three times I've ridden Test Track, I've gotten the wrong picture twice. It's worth noting, too, that the one time it was right, I did tap my MB at the end. I always make a mental note of what we're wearing and the time of day we rode. Both times, I just called and the person I spoke to was able to find it with no issues.

Went twice with rider swap and got one different family, and one completely missing. I called and she found both for me!

As a note, we tapped on both rides. I think it's just a problem with timing.

Out of curiosity, how does tapping your band at the end make a difference? That does not identify which photo is yours, does it?

And to the OP, yes, our TT photos were messed up as well in March.

It's my understanding that it does. You get off the ride, find your picture on the wall, and tap your MB to the corresponding Mickey head to "claim" that picture.

Yes this happens some times I do not care since I go Disney a lot that if I do not get a photo then oh well, but If there is a photo that I really like I will tap my band too.

It's my understanding that it does. You get off the ride, find your picture on the wall, and tap your MB to the corresponding Mickey head to "claim" that picture.

there will be a few photo screens on the wall ( maybe 5) and under each one will be a Mickey. the same kind you tap to get into the park or when you use FP but it will be on the wall. you simps find the screen that has your Photo on it and tap the Micky that is under it. Disney dose do a good job of knowing how long it take to get off the ride and walk down to see you photo. and the photo will stay up for about a minute. If you do not see your photo I think there is a place right there where you can buy your photo from you can go there and tell them you did not see your photo and that you just on the ride and they can pull it up. also if you know about what time you rode the ride and what you where wearing then you can email Disney photo pass and tell them and they can look and find you ( the more detail you can be the better they are at finding your lost photo.)
