Morning all :) :)

Meetings are over (well, except for this one hour one this afternoon -- but I'm kind of helping run that one, so I can't complain about that one :teeth: )

Belt testing tonight in tae kwon do for Cameron -- he should be getting his green belt tonight. :thumbsup2

Morning all!

Hugs to you mac! Take care of your family and our thoughts are with you! :grouphug:

It is a dreary day here in Nebraska!!! 55 and rainy....a do nothing day!! Good thing i was productive yesterday :teeth: The boys were mad this morning before they left for school because this weekend is Arbor day and Arbor Lodge puts on a huge thing for the school kids....the last 3 years they haven't been able to go to it due to rain :guilty:

Good luck to Cameron tonight!

What are everyone's plans for the weekend?

Sorry about Arbor day Pam

Good luck Cameron!! Hope you get that belt.

My weekend is running from one soccer game to another and guess what you guys..I have to WORK this weekend! What is this world coming to? :sad2:

This MH thing starts on Monday and I have a lot to do. I have to wait for Lee to be here to do it. So, my Sat and Sundays are going from soccer games to work.

I thought I retired.

Tonight -- tae kwon do test
Saturday -- Soccer in the morning, then a birthday party for the DD of friends of ours from college after that.
Saturday night -- final night of bowling league (our banquet/awards night/fun night). We bowl, but just for fun and not for anything that counts.
Sunday -- recover from Saturday night :teeth: Probably Mass in the morning and then just hanging around the house the rest of the day. :)

Monday, Nicole leaves for Scottsdale, AZ until Thursday, so I'm back to being a single dad for a while.

Sounds like a fun full weekend! :woohoo:

Does that mean she will be back just in time to leave again....when do you go to FL?

KS...the cattle call is what I call SW's boarding policy ;)

you can check in online 24 hrs. in advance I believe, you will print a boarding pass for either row A B or C...(Deena will correct me if I'm wrong, as she flies SW much more than I do) You hope to get in row A...you will see people lining up in the 3 rows...you jump into the row you have a boarding pass for...A loads first, then B, then C...you just then choose your seat when you get on the plane. SW claims this works for them, so they do not assign seating. If you have a younger child boarding also, they sometimes let you pre-board, but just 1 adult per child, the whole famdamily can't board at that time.

Got some invoicing to do...will report in a little later....

Pam, tell the Arborists they need to change weekends if it rains every year.. ;)

Yep, she gets back someting Thursday afternoon and we leave Saturday morning. :thumbsup2 This training came up after we had already booked our trip, or else we might have adjusted our plans a little to give her another day or two to rest. MIL is also coming back from Florida (Fort Myers) on Wed., so she's also turning around and flying back to Florida a couple days later.

Oh, and Mic, I have to do this....

:surfweb: I'm sloooow today...had to re-read the SW policy twice LOL. Is this the airline that you need to check in exactly @ 12:01 a.m. or you're toast/C?

What do they do if you need a transport chair? (Youngest DS has a complication that developed from a broken foot that may take up to 2 years+ to resolve. Had to drag one along last trip so we wouldn't use it so much after cast removed).

I just flew them last weekend. I checked in 24 hours from my flights and printed off my boarding pass. Not sure on the transport chair. You may have to call them and see what they say.
My experience with them was just okay. I guess I like the fact that I have a seat already picked for me.... On the way down I was class A and there were already 50 people on the plane so it was already slim pickings by the time I boarded. On the way home it was a fresh plane. I got to choose my seat and I did, but then other people came and sat by me that lets just say...needed to shower before they got on the plane :guilty: I know you can run into those problems with a actual seat number too though. I would probably fly on them again if I saved a huge amount, but if it was just a few bucks I would probably fly another airline.

LOL! I kept booking trips to go places, so I never could get that job he wanted me to get. :rotfl2:

Plus, I had two touch up surgeries after the reduction, and those took at least two weeks to recover from. So, really, what was I suppose to do?

You know though, maybe that is why he started this buiseness and put my name on it. Maybe he thought, since I wouldn't go find a job he would create one for me.

I hope not, although, I do like the fact that I have to go to Disney for my research :thumbsup2
