SNOW WILL DEVELOP OVERNIGHT AND BECOME WIDESPREAD ACROSS THE AREA
BY SATURDAY MORNING. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES ARE
POSSIBLE BELOW 6000 FEET WITH SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 4 TO 8 INCHES
POSSIBLE ABOVE 6000 FEET.

A SNOW ADVISORY MEANS THAT PERIODS OF SNOW WILL CAUSE PRIMARILY
TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR SNOW COVERED ROADS AND
LIMITED VISIBILITIES...AND USE CAUTION WHILE DRIVING.

Evening all!

Just got back from trent's ball thing...it was where a whole bunch of people were there selling their stuff for baseball. They had everything from batting gloves to sliding shorts...uggghhhhhh...talking about being overwhelmed!! I had NO idea what to buy...dave usually does that because he knows what he needs. Well, I am hoping his uniform from last year fits him so i ended up buying a hoodie, batting gloves, a new hat, and a new bag...total cost= WAY TO MUCH!!! my son better love me!!!!

Oh well, i suppose i will watch my movie...i have wedding crashers here that i just put in...been meaning to watch it for the past 2 weeks!

Morning all!

Just cruisin' by to check in this morning! It is pretty gloomy here today...it rained last night which was MUCH needed...it is very dry here!

Think Trent and I are going to head for Lincoln to do some shopping...i think i am going to have him try on his shorts from last year and get him all squared away for spring/summer. I know he is going to LOVE doing this but atleast it will be a all about him day!

Happy Saturday indeed......

I decided to head to town afterall today, instead of tomorrow...I think by not planning it and knowing I had to get up and out of the house first thing, made it more appealable to go this afternoon, more a choice and not a must do. It is so freakin cold here and windy....brrrrrrr

So, dh can get his sleep in because he worked last night, son is veggie on the original Star War's DVD's that his brother bought him for his birthday, poochie is sitting here with me...and I'm off........

We are still thinking of changing the dog's name....it is like this gigantic decision, almost like naming a new baby.......he will still keep Shadow, but he will be ??-Shadow or Shadow-??..........

Hey eveyrone!!!

I am jsut checking in for the day. My brother is here and he is leaving tomorrow at 5am. This is my brother Joey. Anyway, I had a crazy day. Nico had his first soccer game and he scored the winning goal. Then, I got fast food for them all ran back, wrapped the gifts and ran off to a bday party.
Ok..I had WAY too much fun there. It a place that is set up with about 8 moonbounces. One was incredibles, one had a huge slide, one had an obsticale course. So, I ran around with the kids and raced them. I love Nicos class!!

Anyway, Im back and Lee went out for grab some dinner for everyone.


I'll be back tomorrow.

Momma certainly had a busy day.....LOL mac,

I'm tired from running around with all the others who make the trek to every shopping mall the first weekend of each month But the lady in Sam's asked me if I had a dog...........and I got to say yes, so I got a free sample bag of Beggin' Strips Made for a happy poochie when I got home...

Think I'm going to veg in front of the TV........it is cold this evening....brr

just got back home also!

trent and i had loads of fund today...i let him pick where we ate..he chose chinese then we headed to the mall, went glowball putt-putt golfing, more shopping, and then came home...i am pooped!!! All in all it went pretty well and he was not the mom are we done yet kid today!

He wants to go and see 8 below tomorrow...so if we have time after his basketball game we might try to see that...depends on when it is playing and how much time we have!

mac--it is always good to not be productive sometimes!

Michael and I are back from our road trip. We drove to SA last night(didnt leave til close til 9). Made a pit stop and got there around 12:30. The Motel 6 we stayed at was nasty and stinky and Im postive I checked in behind a crack head. If it hadnt been close to 1 am I would have left but I didnt want to drive around that late.
Looked at UTSA had lunch the drove back home. I could tell Michael didnt really care a lot for it. Its not so much he disliked it but I dont think he saw himself there. So the college search continues.
We got home and his friends came right over for band practice. They are really good.

All the mom's were busy today...........but busy in a good way!!

deena, i hear ya.

that was the one thing i hated to do was checking out colleges.
so many to go to and wow......it made long days.


we always went during the school day during the week so the son could see how it really was when school was in session and kids all over.
we would drive early morning, see the school, get a motel and back to the school the next morning for more info. our high school always allows this as an excused absence. did 7 road trips.

now, the son at home plans to go away to school in the fall so we have to start this process al over again.

this will be the 4th son looking at colleges. you would think that maybe one of them would do a repeat where a brother went.........

wow mac--that is alot of emails to go through...i think i would just give up and start hitting the delete button!

deena--i am so glad that you had a fun and safe road trip...it is always bad when you stay in a yuck hotel....makes for a looooonnnngg night!

mic--yep it was and exciting day yesterday....i am still wandering where trenton got so much of his information that is all bottled up in his head! Man, when he is the only child with ya he will talk your ear off and he will tell you EVERYTHING he knows...and you know...for an almost 11 yr. old...that is alot!

getting ready to take trent to sunday school and then coming back and getting ready for church. I am sure i will be back sometime today, but you guys all have a happy Sunday!!
