I was at Best Buy fighting with them. The manager needs some customer service training. So when I got home I called the 800# to complain. I hate bad customer service.

i hear ya deena and totally agree. one of my sons worked there and quit after 3 months...........customer service stinks there.

he moved on to the competitiors and who knows where for the next job.

Sorry I was at Best Buy again. This time I went to the person the customer service lady at the 800# talked to so I wouldnt get jerked around again. Now finally my DVD player is off for repair.

was your dvd player under the store warranty or the manufacture warranty?

BB drags their feet if your productive is covered by warranty for them.

i remember telling the manager off and calling to complain on him.

then a few months after that one of my kids gets a job there. he told me what days not to come there especially when the manager was there.
son didn't want boss to know we were related.

well, my tone of voice was strong, but i really doubted i used salty language that day in the store.

I dont know. I asked them the length of the man warranty but she never would say. I cant find my paperwork here but lots of stuff got jumbled around when we had to leave for Rita and I never got all all of it back in the right spot.
I used more than salty language...it was downright potty mouth!

if you ever buy from circuit city, your info and warranty stuff is in the computer system.....best buy, i don't remember if it is that way or not.
i do know they are not as organized as cc and they train new staff differently.

but, best buy has more of a selection to choose from.

My night just got worst last night....went and played some games with Aubrey...I am a total Loser!!! She beat me at Candy Land, and 3 games in that Leap Frog Letter Factory! Man, I tell ya, this girl has some bad luck!

Great pictures ed! It makes me miss it there, and I don't think we are going until 2007! That is the year Aubrey start Kindergarten so we will go for sure then. We have so many places we want to go that we need to spread everything out!

Ed--it does look like it was doctored! Don't remember the two being that close together!

A quick good morning..I'm on son's computer, for some reason mine won't let me get an internet connection.......grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....I hate computers sometimes and I'm lost til son gets home to try and see what is up....keeps saying no connection with router..........but his computer is up and running....

So, I'll be checking in on this one every now and again..........

sometimes if you unplug it and give it a rest from the connection it will come back on...try that! I have been having a hard time with mine lately too! Hope you get it fixed soon!

not sure what I did....wiggled a cable and I'm "connected", but then it knocked his connection off.................oh well..........we will figure it out when he gets home today....
