My Astros are sitting pretty with a 2 game lead over the Phillies for the NL wildcard. The Phillies play on the road for the final 3 games against the Nationals and the 'stros finish at home against the Cubbies. Any combination of a Houston win and Philly loss clinches it for my team. That would probably bring about a series with the Braves since the Cardinals and Astros are in the same division, and the Cards would play San Diego.

Hey everyone,

Just checking in! I hope adam has a wonderful bday. We will celebrate Monday.

I am almost done with the party things. I am going to bake tomorrow and sunday all the desserts. Then all I need to do is pick up the food and decorate.

I had a small set back. The edible cake decoration I bought broke. So I had my kids dress up in their minnie and mickey costumes and took a picture. I will just use that for the cake and make it a photocake.

speaking of cakes, I hoep aubrey bday party goes well tomorrow.

I wil try to check in on Sunday to wish our bday boy formal bdy wishes.

just checking in as my team are the losers tonight! but it ain't over yet!!! :teeth:

Everyone just left my pampered chef party! We had a good time! lots of laughs!! I don't know how good i did--the pampered lady didn't figue up my show--don't get me started on her--she has not made me very happy!
I told her i wanted to close my show by next friday and she is sassy with me because she thinks i should keep it open longer!! :confused3

I am the do it and wrap it up type of gal!!!

Anyway, have a busy day tomorrow! We have aubrey's bday party, and then noah has a party to go to also and then tomorrow night we have a family picnic to go to! Sunday we are off to Trent's football game and then an old time baseball or some would call it stick ball game for living history here in town!

Happy Saturday friends.......whew...I'm back from a whirlwind shopping trip to hit a couple sales this morning.......tried to be quick, but I managed to look at a few other things than what I went for....

Pam, hope Aubrey has a happy birthday party and hope Momma's little party tomorrow goes well also.....

Gorgeous weather here today....cool, cool nights and pleasant daytime temps... :banana:

Looks like at this point it is a Yankee afternoon :mad:

...but stranger things have happened when we play the Yankees and it could turn around...
