LOL! I like your excuses. They are only going to be here for two days. They leave first thing Monday morning and isnt it funny how I just happen to need to workout on Sunday too.

It's all good about the cheat day, I just deal with it later that evening and it all works out. I told him I was going to make the cheat day Sunday since that was Fathers day. We'll see how this all goes down.

i am on my way out to take a kid to work.

i drove around last night looking for food. you thought i was going to say looking for love didn't you...... no just food.

ended up at mickey d's..........weighed this morning and still lost .5 lb.
