I am soo excited!! I was able to hit a goal I set for myself today. I can go into a wide V on the floor...stretch out in front and lay down..if that makes sense to anyone. Anyway...YAY!!!! I am fianlly starting to get my flexibilty back.

I have a few goals that I want to hit. One is to be able to hold this for 2 minutes.. http://www.tinajuanfitness.info/exercises/low plank.htm But I am not close. I can only hold it for 45 seconds..at the most.

Another is to be able to do 25 pushups in a row...again..not even close.

And of course losing the weight and Body fat goals. Each time I hit one...I change it and start on another.

The bottom line is that I really want to become halfassed!!!

Howdy my friends!
Yes I have not been on much today as I have been have an impomtu laundry sessions. See my oldest ds has a friend--for the sake of the story we shall call him PeePee Boy. I am an understanding person to certain degree. My oldest ds has a friend PeePee Boy, who is either 16 or 17, that likes to spend the night here sometimes. Now apparently he has some type of bladder control problem. I have been telling my oldest when his friend comes over that if I need to wash the comforters he slept (and peed on) to tell him to simply put them in my laundry room so he wont be embarrassed by me telling him. Well doest this work?? No last time I had to tell him to put it in there and last night when spending the night, he drinks 2!! NOT 1 BUT 2!! glasses of coke then goes upstairs. So I know there will be pee pee in the am. Well there it is this am......peepee soaked comforters just laying there on my carpet. Im so pissed--literally!!
Why the freak cant that kid catch a clue and do the decent thing and put his peepee stuff in the laundry room. He need not even speak to me!! Just do that. And why the f*&# would he drink 2!! glasses of coke when he knows he has the this problem?????

Thanks, just had to share my peepee story since Im so mad today.

Wow Deena...that stinks...literally.... Ok, I agree, can't he follow simple instructions....??? Sheesh, maybe he ought not to be spending the night with friends if he can't at least do as he is asked....you know, it makes you want to feel sorry for the kid, but then on the other hand, if he KNOWS he has this issue, why the heck drink right before going to bed??? and then NOT at least doing as you ask?? Because I was TRUTHFUL...I'm being denied. I do not want to work at night. They claim this is in violation of me seriously seeking employment. Why the hell do I have to be available for jobs that are not what I worked before? I worked part time, worked daylight hours and that was it. It just irks the crap out of me. I wrote back an appeal and flat out lied....SURE...I'm available all the time...guess that is what they want you to do, be a liar....

Mic, I went through being unemployed for 9 months. Lie about it. Say you cabn work anytime. If, by some miracle, they get you an interview, be horrible on it.

Thanks Kild for the advice, I should have just lied to begin with....isn't that awful !!!! They seem to encourage it...I'm sending back the appeal letter stating I'll work any shifts.....@#$%^^&&*(*&*&^%$##@!**** are my words of choice right now...............
