We are staying at the Coronado Springs Resort this time around. This is the first time we have stayed there.
Funny thing about the people going on the trip. First, it was going to be the wife, kids, her parents and her three sisters going with us. They all backed out. Then my parents decided to come down a few days while we are there. SO, I guess we swapped families.
Am I excited? I have already started packing! Got the checklists out, the well used mickey ponchos, map of the resort, started on the supplies, etc...
With the exception of my dad, my family thinks I am nuts. And I have heard a thousand times, "There are other places to go, you know."

LOL........sure, there are other places to go, but they are NOT DISNEY WORLD...I've been going for so many years, that it just seems like the thing to do. Have not ever tried Coronado Springs, so will be nice to get your opinion on the place. Glad your Dad is a free thinker and sides with you You will have so much fun...we may try and visit for a couple days in early March when we hit Florida...I have a friend working there now, so I really want to meet up with her and her dh to have dinner. I'm thinking O'Hana....love that place.

Well Im getting better. Had a plumber out today--good and bad news is no leak. So where the heck did my water go?? Any he replaced the inside of all 3 toilets--said they were old and could have contributed to my problem but not been the whole problem. And though he was hours late getting her the company that sends their guys out gives you $50 if your guy doesnt come on time. My service call fee was $50 so I'll be getting that back!
Matthew fixed my comp (well atleast for now)...got 2 new tires on my suburban. So things are getting a smidge better.
And Im going to a scrapbook crop Saturday so I can hide from the rest of my troubles!

Deena, forgive me please.... , I mistyped you....YES, she is the mother of 4, count em, FOUR great boys....tell me you still love me...

I'm so glad things are looking up and getting better...and a refund on a service call is awesome...you go girl....and going to a crop on Saturday is way cool...I've not been to one in SOOO long....I just got started again this past weekend on trying to get caught up....I have a gazillion photos to work with...I'm so far behind. Is it an all day crop? I tend to want to socialize too much when I go to that stuff, and look and see what everyone is doing with their pages....ya know, for inspiration......

O'Hana is very good. We are eating at Le Cellier on Valentines Day evening. As many times as I have been to WDW, I have never eaten there. I hear it is pretty good though.

You know, it is illegal to visit Florida and not say hi to the mouse.

Deena, you have all that going on. plus your own bushel of kids...wow. I'm tired thining about your days.

Le Cellier is good, we ate there several years ago, I liked it better than dh...but it will be wonderful on Valentine's Day...but busy...I'm sure you made priority seating....I also love the Rose & Crown...I tried something new there last year, Bangers and Mash...while not something I would want all the time, it was interesting...it is mashed potatoes with sausage and a gravy over it all...yum....and they have the bestest biggest glasses of beer there too... I'm getting hungry just thinking of all the opportunites to dine at the world...........a forgotten fun place is the Trail's End Buffet over at the campground...good eats, good price and all you can eat buffet....yum again...

oh, I missed a chapter of the digest...Ed and I have lost a good bit of ourselves these last few months, so we have to "fantasize" about good eats...........

We have not eaten at Le Cellier yet. Being Texans we are used to big sized portions. Im not sure I can get my honey to pay $$$ for a dollap of potatoes and a 3 bite steak, lol.
OTOH we LOVE Ohana's. My guys--dh and teens ate our moneys worth in shrimp and steak. We will be going back on our Oct trip.
Also going to give Teppanyaki's a shot this trip.

KIld!! I am glad you are back. 15 days!!! Very Fun!!! And I love Coronado Springs. I have stayed at all the moderates and that and POFQ are my two favorites. It is nice that your parents are going. It sounds like your dad is a big fan of Disney too. Always fun to go with people tha that love it as much as you do. There are other places besides disney?

No snow here either and it feels good outside right now. It will probably be in the 70's here today. My mood is getting a smidge better so hopefully it will be gone soon.
Last night was English/Social Studies night at Matthews school and we played a really fun game. They have a computer you can play Jeopardy on. There were like 15 teams of 2 ppl and each team had a remote when the answers popped up on the screen you used your remote to pick the answer. It was a so much fun. Im so glad his school uses things like that for the kids to make it interesting. Sadly its his last year there. He will be in 10th grade next year and off to the high school.

The weather was awsome here yesterday!!! I wish it could stay like that but it is suppose to get cold and calling for some snow on the weekend! YUCK!! I can't wait until the nice weather is here to stay!

mic--atleast you try to do the scrapbooking! That is something that i haven't been able to get into yet! I am hoping that when my kids get older and i have more time i will be able to get into something like that!

deena--i am so glad that your days are getting better! It stinks when it feels like the sky is falling!

morning friends....

everyone is getting more inches....I am not... It is supposed to be warmer today around 45 degrees, then get back into the 20's for the next few days but be sunny at least...so its all good.

glad the workout girls are having fun....and going to the park sounds nice, play nice, we don't want any notices being sent home to Mom about your behavior

and all of you sharing the "warmth" with us, enjoy it, cause when you are roasting this summer, we will play the payback game...............

and who is suggesting that I'm old???????????????????? hmmmm....I'll talk to you in private....

think we might get our glad rags on and head out today, then go to a movie and get a bite to eat....sounds like fun to me!!! and after my conversation with the unemployment office today, I'm not in too good of a humor, so I think going out will soothe my savage soul.
