I give that a double YUM

Morning all  My day has started...well, I think it has, I'm moving slow this a.m. My little guy is here, but contentedly watching TV...its early for him to be out too.

Oh mac, good luck today...13 yr olds...hmmmm....is that like two 6.5 year olds in one body????? LOL....I have no doubt though that you will keep them in line....and they will :listen: to you.

Laundry awaits this queen this morning....some things in this house never change, laundry is one of them...................... :earboy2:

Adam - thanks for breakfast!! That fruit looks wonderful.

Mac - believe it or not..no. i never thought he was going to be my only one. The kid broke my pelvic bone woke up ever hour for the first year then every other hour, but I was going to have more. LOL!

I am one of those people that once i set a goal for myself, I see it through. My goal was at least 5 kids, and I am sure I will have at least that many (I want 7)

But man did I pray, beg, plead..to not have another sleepless child. If the second one had come out as bad..I think I might have been done. LOL!

I think it is good to have the "problem" baby first, then you are at least expecting it could be this way with #2...then you are so surprised and HAPPY that baby #2 is so easy to care for......I guess I was too dumb to figure out he could have been worse...........................

OCM, you have my admiration for wanting so many!! You are such a great Mommy. I've practically raised a few others around here, so it was almost like having a big brood...but I could at least send them home at the end of the day. :flower:

Good morning everyone.

Awww mic what sad stories of the non-sleepers. mine have all slept with me when little so they slept pretty good--well Matthew did nurse every 2 hours but he got over thank goodness. I couldnt do the cry it out way--it just seems so mean to me.

Good morning everyone! Got the day off today. Taking Aubrey to the eye doctor today to find out when she has surgery. Everyone have a great day!

Good morning all!

Not to rub anything in  but all my kids slept through the night right away! i think aubrey was the one who took the longest at 7 weeks old! They were all on a schedule and ate every 4 hours.

mic--i am sorry to hear that you had a hard time on your last day of work! I can only imagine how hard it must have been for you!
mac-- 13 year olds?!?!? Good luck to you today! We will be here for you if you have to come home and vent for awhile!
ocm--glad you got your van fixed! Now you can have your freedom again!
adam--breakfast looks great--thank you!
ed-- beautiful rise like usual!! You do it good everyday!

Not to rub it in or anything..but it is 75 here today!! Two can play at this game :earboy2:

Deena - I am so glad matthew stopped nursing every two hours...people would wonder about you if he was still doing that! :earseek:

Ed that sunrise is gorgeous!!! And how was yor weekend???!!!

My weekend was good I only lost $30 bucks at the Casino so not bad everyone else won but me oh well.

Mine didnt go to sleep till 11pm but they slept through the night.

And I'll rub it in....

Well after lots of scrubbing and spraying yesterday Connors carseat offically smells like a new barfy scent of Febreeze :crazy2: Looks like we are in for round 2 of scrubbing today. For those who dont know we went to the store yesterday am and on the way him he started throwing up. Ugh--all over him and his carseat.

OMC--no Im not like that sicko lady that nursed her kid til wife took over  ...lol...no he was only 8 but grrroooosssssss. No nursing past toddler hood. Though poor Connor was traumatized when I cut him off.

Good luck with the scrubbing Deena. I know when Nico did that, I threw the car seat out and got a new one. No way I was going to try to clean it.!! I feel for ya!!

Ed you did good. Came out only 30 behind! Not to shabby. And 30 is worth it for having a good time, you would have blown that some other form of entertainment...so no biggie.

Oh my dh would have a stroke if I threw it out--we paid about $150 to $175 for it (it goes from newborn then parts come off for toddler seating to 80 lbs).

Well as Queen of my castle today, I took a nap this morning already...LOL...I looked in the TV room and little man was sound asleep on the couch, so I sat down and before long was joining him in Neverland....ahhh....

Now, back to regularly scheduled laundry and I think I might need to get out of the lounge clothes and into my street duds....and make the beds.

Pam and Dave, best wishes, luck, hugs and everything in between for you and little Aubrey today. Hope it all goes well...I'll keep you all in my thoughts.

Deena, ewwww, sick kids....that is one part of my kids being grown I don't miss...LOL...hope he is soon feeling better. And have I ever told you, my son is Matthew also? LOVE that name.....and yes, I do think I told you because we discussed what their middle names were....ok, blame it on my age...I forget and then remember things....like coming in and out of a fog......... :earboy2:

Ed, what casino did you go too? Foxwoods? Always wanted to go there but never have. I do know that ever since they put that place in, you can't find reasonable rooms around the Mystic/New London area. I lived there and when we travel north, we always liked to stop off, spend the night and it was reasonable, not any more....so we usually miss it. I love Mystic though....I spent my high school years in that area and have fond memories....sailors and stuff................... :earboy2: :earboy2: :earboy2: :earseek:

I just realized too that I'm a free bird, so lets get a meet together!!!!!!!!

We do have our plans for Florida though, we are going 2/27 thru 3/16...can't wait for some warm temps and lounging on the beach EVERY stinkin day :cool1: :cool1:

GREAT NEWS!!!!!!!

Dave just called me and said the doctor told him that Aubrey do not have to have surgery!!!!!! Her eyes are at the border line of 5% last month when she went they were at 7--so she is improving!!! YAY!!!! :cool1: :cool1: Thank you for all the warm wishes!!

ocm--not you are playing dirty!! I can play that way too!
