My Story of the day: My Little Motivator

I was sitting here trying to convince myself to get to the gym. I went back and forth and came up with every reason not to go. So, Nico asked what we were doing today and I said.."Well, I should go to the gym"

He turned to me..look me dead in the eye and said., "Mommy, I am NOT GOING to the gym today." That was all I needed. I threw his clothes on him, sat his butt in the car went and got the other two and myself ready and in 12 minutes...we were on out way to the gym.

I guess having an ornery child today paid off.

Hi Pam, I was afraid you wrapped yourself in a package...hadn't heard from you for awhile...

Isn't that a good feeling to get rid of those darn (you know the word I really mean) cards? I always feel so accomplished when that is done and packages all mailed....BUT I DON'T have to mail packages this year...my sweeties will be here to open them....yeah...................

Good job Pam. Im still waiting to get mine out, due to a mess up at the photgraphers I had to take my kids pic in front of the Christams tree tuesday and go have cards made,so we havent even started ours yet.

the funny about my cards is--i just decided to send the pics out with my kids on them sat. So sunday when we went and saw santa i took our digital camera took their picture took it in and did my cards from that. I had them back by monday--but just sat down this morning to actually do them. Yes, it is a big relief when you get those done! Now if i could just conquer wrapping all the presents!!! anyone want to help?!?!

ed--sorry to hear about the screw up--sometimes the homemade pictures are the best kind!
