ok just now in the house did get the christmas tree center piece finished had to re glue the other piece i'm working on, one of my seams didnt hold oh well, its close to ready though my helper made one heck of an impresion today, his wifes been sick and hes been off all week, today they let her come home and pretty much released her and he was bored..lol... he called me when he got home looking for something to do,, i told him he could come down here and get the paint and stuff into the new storage area, he said ok,, then came down here cleaned up a huge trash pile, put all the paint away, cleaned and folded all our tarps and drop cloths, filled teo holes in the driveway, and fixed a flat tire on my lawn and garden trailer, i think he even startred clearing and sorting the scrap lumber ... in 4 hours.. i may actually have to pay him for today he was doingthis just to get himself out of the house..lol

morning gang currently weaiting on sun to warm up a bit so i can go to work,, i hate cold weathjer, so much of what we do is temperature specific,,, today i neeed to paint a concrete slab and put a bit of tar on a roof and its below 40 still so i gotta wait a while longer

Good morning all...busy people today!!! Yep, its chilly but sunny here too, I guess about 43...but supposed to hit the 50's...so that isn't too bad.

I'm very proud of myself...they called from work because once again a NEW hire didn't shop up for their shift, so who do they call???? ME....but for once I said I'm sorry I can't today....lol...that took alot for me to say NO....but I have to learn that there is such a word as "No" and use it more often!! Don't you love these people that come on board for the 6 weeks of the holiday season, and can never seem to come to work??? Illness or something terrible I understand, but most of the time it is NOT those reasons they don't show up...they just don't want to work...OK...vent over

Gotta get dressed, have a good day my friends, I'll be checking on you today so while mac is away, you all better behave...where is the substitute anyway....oh Pam.....
