yup i keep most of my tools in a small box trailer that we tow from job to job

noooo i took a short walk to the other sid eof the house but i'm back now

i haven't worked since september 26 due to my trip and didn't start back yet except did work yesterday. can't work much due to my ankle issue.


being away from the kids was weird.......but when i went to work yesterday, i remembered the little things that would test my patience at times.

here are some of the "studentisms" i wrote down that the kids said yesterday.


The dog ate my homework. I didn't hear the bell ring. Can I go to the restroom? I left it in my locker. I can't wait until summer vacation. Do we have too? I didn't do it! I didn't know we were having a test today? Can I get a drink of water? When is it due? Who me? Ooh, ooh...I know, I know!
Why? Will that be on the test? This is boring. I wasn't talking. I must have been sick that day. Can we get extra credit? Are we supposed to take notes?
Could you repeat that? Can we play a game today? Are we almost done?
What's for lunch today? I don't get it. Am I late? How many more days until school's out? I don't have gum. What?? Can we have more time?
What assignment? It's due today! Why do we have to learn this? Did I pass? I can't wait to graduate!
