We went for our family pictures and they turned out pretty good...I'll have to see if I can scan them in an post them...the boys turned out great...even little Mr. was smiling!!!

I got my Christmas present from work today....laid off..................

oh no mic!!! So sorry to hear that you have been laid off! Why did they decide to do that????? I am glad that the boys pictures turned out good! You will have to go to the family trip on friday--maybe that will make things feel better--a day with your family!

It was very sad indeed to be told our store is being closed..everyone was crying...I feel used by the new owners...they knew this was happening and just managed to NOT tell us til Christmas was over...how convenient for them It really was not the same for me after the sale, so really, perhaps this was an omen and meant to be...at least I did not have to make a decision on staying or going...it was made for me and its final. I've been offered to transfer to another store, but each store on either side of us is a good 45 minute drive....and I don't think it is worth it for me to do it. If Disney still was my employer, I might consider trying to do it...but the new owners...I don't think so.

Im watching the Tsunami coverage on ABC. Its just to sad. Once they start showing the kids that didnt make it I just lost it. Also showing some kids that did make it but they dont know where their family is. Can you imagine being 6, 7 or 8, in a strange country and not knowing where your family is??
