Back from a fun filled time of grocery shopping with a 2 yr old. Anyone want a sandwich of nice smashed bread with stepped on lunchmeat?? how bout some chips shaken to the smallest pieces they could possibly be in??
And got my lay away out. The crazy lady was going to give me one of the kids toys without even being wrapped up or covered?? What a doofus.

I am getting rid of my 2yo and 4yo tomorrow!! They have a moms morning out at their play class every Wed morning!! YAY!!!

the kitten on the pillow is hand painted. i wanted a kitten that was yellow to match yours. this was the best i could figure out.
did you go to the countryartists.com website?
it tells you all about how things are made and painted and about the artists.

they do dogs, birds, cats and something else.
if you check out the site, be sure to add that s on the end of artists. if you don't, you get a country music website.

soooooooo glad you liked them. the carved stone kitty looks different at the angle you took the pic. reminds me of a mire cat.

even the the colors didn't match, i had to use purple bows on your presents.

I loved it all rave . . . the tags, the bows, all of it (and of course the kitties ). I was just gonna go check that site out now, I think you gave me an idea for a Christmas present for someone else .

Actually Evan, the 4 yr old, is very good when we are out. Connor is enough for 2 kids. He is just so "active", yes thats a good word. This is Connor and oh and all of these !
Ed I dont take my eye off the kid for a second. He is held hostage in the cart but does try to grab everything as we go by.

See my 3yr old is a Connor too it would make it easy you could yell at them both at the same time and they would both listen...

my 4yo is whiney, but he is a good kid. I am taking DD for her 6 week check up and since it is a new doctor I have to fill out all the paperwork and junk. So, instead of dragging three kids to the doctors office...I am getting rid of two of them!! :jumping4: :jumping4:

I just got our mail, and I got a letter from my oldest grandson...he drew me a picture of a snowman and printed my name on it and had mommy mail it to me.....now I just want to cry.....but it is so cute!!!

It did make my day!!! It is so cute too and he worked hard on it, I can tell, and printed out to Grandma xxxxx on it....that is what he calls me, Grandma (my name)...LOL..he has several grandma's to keep straight...

Nico probably would love to that for his grandma too.... It is nice that I have a DIL who is thoughtful enough to let him do that kind of stuff..you are right, it is very special...

Gotta go dig up grub for fellas, will be back later on........

and p.s...don't know why I had to say my oldest grandson, like you all would think the 9 month old drew me a picture and sent it..... of course he could be a baby genius..........................

i'm back home, went to target..........

read about all the cards they had, some are really funny.
bought 4 of them and a pillow. the pillow is for one of the cats. don't know why i bought it, but it was cute and on sale. what can i say.

i deliberately left all the other goodies in the store for the rest of you to have something to buy there.......only a friend would do that for you.

still haven't tackled the house. maybe if i go away again the good fairy wil come and take care of it for me.

ocm, yea have the kidlettes draw pictures for their grandmas.........its good for a few miles.


better yet, have them trace their hands on a piece of plain paper and have them sign it for grandma. she will love it.
