We have several rivers and lakes in the area that I can paddle on I've even been brave and went out on the harbors in cape cod.

that is a lot to lose. how much more do you have to go to get to your goal?

i am going to start a diet tomorrow.......just curious on how hard it is.\

Hi all...good evening...

mac, I've lost 30 lbs. since 6/30...I would like to lose at least another 10 or 20...but would settle for the 10 more lbs. right now...I'm sorta at a standstill, but that comes as you get closer to your goals...

it hasn't been that hard, ask ed, he is following the South Beach too and has lost 11 lbs. in 2 weeks, so it can be done with little suffering...LOL...the 1st 2 weeks stink, but after that it really hasn't been a struggle..

ocm, if you go "optional" in the kayak, ed won't have to row, his motor will be running

pam, give us an update on all the money you made at your garage sale...

haven't seen jules on line this evening, she must have a good Saturday night planned...good for her!!

Good evening all!! Just giving you an update before i head for bed! With my garage sale today we pulled in around $400.00!! My mom is so addicted that she wants to have it again next weekend she is lucky she has such a great daughter and i agreed to it--Now i can go insane for another week!!! It shouldn't be bad--i will just leave my garage set up for another week

I have an extremely huge headache from the glue they used to put my tile down so i am going to call it a night!

I am off to a baptism tom. morning so i hope to talk to all of you tomorrow!!

I just got back from DH's football game. My borther and him and a bunch of other guys play on a team together. Every Sunday morning the kids and I go and cheer them on. It was fun and good for the kids to get out.
