My wife is watching the show extreme makeover right now and Tess the HR manager from the Poly is on getting the makeover right now.

Tess from Xtreme Makeover is the HR mgr. at a different Florida hotel, but her reveal was at the Poly at the luau cove. If you have it on video go back & note the nametags worn by her staff in the segment shot at her workplace. It was nice to see my fave resort, though!
