Since Baggallini bags are so popular on these boards, I thought I share the following story.
I bought a Baggallini Messenger for last year's WDW trip. It's a great bag. Even though I'm not using it for this year's WDW trip as I found it to be too small for our needs in the parks, I still use it when we go to local amusement parks, the zoo and for most other family outings where I need both hands free. Anyway, I've had the Messenger for almost a year. I'm very careful with my things, so it looks brand new.
About a month ago, the shoulder strap became tangled and we tried everything we could think of to get it untangled, to no avail. So, I called Baggallini to find out if there was a trick to get it untangled or if I could send them back the bag and have them do it. Instead, they asked for my name and address and said they'd send me a new bag. I told the customer service rep I only wanted to find out how to untangle the strap, but she said not to worry about it, they'd just send me a new one. I offered to send back my existing bag, but she said it wasn't necessary. The new bag arrived three days later. Baggallini really takes the term "customer service" to heart. From now on, whenever I need that type of bag, I will only purchase from Bagallini. They've earned my business for sure. So, all you Baggallini fans, know you're spending your hard-earned dollars with a company that really values its customers.
