Terrific car rental rate at Hotwire 12/7 - 12/11! Should I?

Hotwire sent me an email offering 11.95 per day Dec 7- Dec 11 at MCO. I have never rented through them. Anyone have any experience with them that might calm my nerves?

Well I guess that depends on WHAT you are renting!

Hotwire is somewhat like Priceline, except you don't bid. Hotwire uses 3 of the top rental companies, Hertz, Avis, and Budget, I think. But they are real sticklers for returning at the time you said you would. I would go to Hotwire and see what they are offering for your dates and decide after that. If the email offer is better, and your pickup and dropoff times are set, go for it.
