Terri Schultz & Josh D’Amaro Email Addresses

lol - they don't have personal social media pages. Or if they do they are tightly controlled.

A little off topic, but it was funny to see the clear marketing notes/feedback in Zach Ridley's first post about the Three Caballeros (which he then edited out). Basically a debate over language announcing the return of the animatronics, whether or not it made them look bad

I’m sure Disney employees love it when guests invade their personal social media pages...
They arent personal, they are using them for business purposes.

No one here has emailed Terri or Josh. They may think they did, but that email probably never reached either persons eyes, it was answered by staffers, unless it was some crazy situation. The chances of you getting a message in front of their eyes via email or social media.....better off playing the lottery.

It depends on the executive, I once emailed Steve Jobs about a ridiculous server issue with my iCloud account which technical support couldn’t fix. He forwarded my email to that division's boss and wrote “fix it” and CC'ed me. 😂

I have a feeling they both read more of their emails than you think.

Steve Jobs didn"t speak to the employees' he encounter in his own building , you think
HE really emailed you. Some one at Apple cc'ed you. Steve Jobs had a odd personality , great business giant but a horrible person and family man.

I posted this in another thread two days ago-

Has anyone contacted upper managment at DVC?
If not, someone should write Terri Schultz (DVC Sr. VP)….it has been at least a week since it’s been broken….

Terri.A.Schultz@disney.com

I would, but I wrote her 3 different times last year with Website issues, and honestly, I‘m beginning to feel like a nuisance ( plus, the problem isn’t affecting me). She did reply promptly and on one occasion had her assistant call me directly. It IS quite possible that upper mgmnt doesn’t know this problem exists - departments are THAT disjointed.

BTW - waiting 2 MORE weeks for this to be fixed is UNACCEPTABLE!

I may not have actually received a reply from Terri- it may have been an assistant replying as her---- HOWEVER - they did reply the same day AND the issues were rapidly resolved (entire website issues regarding AKL, not personal issues)..... and isn't that the goal here? to get the issues resolved?? I don't care who makes it happen, as long as it's resolved.

I agree. It does appear that they feature that was not allowing people to modify and drop days from reservations is now working. I know it took longer than many of us would have liked, but at least it is done. It does lead me to believe that something else is going on behind the scenes that impacted the system so strangely.

Actually, he was well known to interact with customers via email (usually very tersely of course).

I have been in contact with DCL Customer Service for over 4 months.
Neither my spouse nor I can see our cruises on the DCL web site. We can login, but the web site says that it can't show us any reservations. Same issue with the DCL Navigator. So we can't make payments nor excursion reservations on the net. Only by calling. So I am looking for any email address for anyone higher up the chain to see about getting Disney IT to address the issue. Any help would be appreciated..

"We are unable to retrieve any reservation information at this time.
We are actively working to resolve these issues and provide the best possible Guest experience. Please check back later"

I'm not sure how old this one is, or if it's still the right one, but why not go all the way to the top - Robert.A.Iger@disney.com. I'm sure that address is monitored by a staff of assistants who can direct it to the right person.
