Josh D'Amaro has an Instagram account under joshdamaro. I sent a message there once when I couldn't find his email.

3/10/2021 Hilton Grand Vacation Club will acquire Diamond Resorts (the largest independent Timeshare operator )
HGVC 62+Diamond 92 = 154 Resorts combined will have over 720,000 owners.

Anyway wonder if I should register to attend the ARDA conference in Orlando this June... could be more interesting than the Importance of Members attending DVC Yearly Annual Condo Meeting or at least making effort to listen to live stream...

interesting! I’ll be home during that time but going with family who have t been in many years so commando style park visits is on the table!!! Lol

Good thing I’m going in July with a friend who wants to do my style..parks for a few hours mornings and evenings and the rest of it down time with pool, spa, and resort relaxing!!
 
I’m sure Disney employees love it when guests invade their personal social media pages...
That's the price they pay for fame... Besides, Josh D'Amaro's page is 100% Disney centric so it's not so much a personal social media page as it is a business figure head page. I wanted to ask for sales of APs for new DVC members in any way I could, even if that meant an invasion of the page.
 
It's worth noting that if those two are anything like my upper management, they get thousands of emails a day. They have to handle those emails on top of their work tasks and may even have an assistant helping to filter.

I would follow the normal channels if you have anything that needs resolution quickly.

They have " others" who take care of mail and email. Any of important gets to them. Sometimes the the "others' group them together by topic to see if there is a trend.
 
If you want to get attention, find names and emails for people one to two levels down from them. No one ever tends to email these levels as they take more time to research and find out who they are, but they are often the ones that can actually get things done and since no one emails them, they have more time to address the issues.
 
I have been calling Disneyland for a complaint and trying to get through on chat for eight days straight now! Regarding our families two days at Disneyland on the 6th & 7th and we are getting no where! Any suggestions?
