Terrace Dessert party blacked out for July 3rd......

Does anyone know why they have the dessert party blacked out for July 3rd & 4th? I know it's a holiday and they are renaming wishes. Are they going to do something special for those 2 days? This will be our first time at Disney over the 4th and we have enjoyed the dessert party many times, with the crowds I just thought this would be an extra benefit.
