Terra Verde Pool Home Recommendations or other resort?

I've been looking for vacation rentals until my eyes bleed !! And I have finally narrowed down the resort to Terra Verde. They seem to have a bunch in my price range (cheap!) and I have quotes from a bunch of places. Looking for a four bedroom sleeps 10 with pool, prefer a house but a townhouse is okay too. For the week of Thanksgiving and the following week. I have quotes ranging from $1300-2000--total including pool heat, taxes, fees etc. Does anyone have a place they stayed or own that they can recommend that fits my criteria? Or conversely one to avoid in Terra Verde?

I liked Windsor Hills and Windsor Palms but I like Terra Verde just as much and the prices are significantly cheaper. Also we are not doing disney for the first week we are there just the second week so a bit more travel time is okay.

Can't recommend a home but we stayed here for 2 weeks last year in a townhome and really enjoyed it. I am always a bit hesitant to try out a new resort but glad we did. Some pluses I liked were the gated community, smaller complex size and less crowded. It is a little further out but not significant.
