Tequilla Bar At Mexico Pavillion? Open??

Hello everyone,
Does anyone know when the Tequila Bar will be opening at EPCOT/Mexico?

I read that it's tenitively scheduled to open "at the end of this summer", with the major changes for Cantina de San Angel, including a kitchen expansion, realigning seating areas to improve the view of the World Showcase lagoon and a new menu, set for the end of next summer.

If they haven't started on the tequila bar, they better get busy. Isn't the end of summer like 2 weeks away?

Not soon enough! We were there 2 weeks ago and didn't see any signs of it then.
