We're planning our first trip to WDW next May. We'd like to eat at Teppen Edo (my boys would LOVE the fancy knife work, etc), but ODS has multiple food allergies, and I'm wondering about food airosoling from cooking on those giant hot tables (I know they're great about food allergies and can make him a meal that is safe to eat, but the vapors from the cooking might give him a reaction also). I am specifically worried about eggs or nut products. Do they make fried rice at the table or anything else that contains eggs? DS is also wheat allergic, but he's not as sensitive to wheat products as he is to eggs and nuts. I think he will be fine with noodles cooking, etc (just as long as he doesn't eat them!). Thanks for the input!--Katie
