Teppen Edo or Tokyo Dining

If you like sushi (which me and dd are not) then Tokyo Dining would be the place to go. It is primarily sushi/sashimi. Soooo.....

If you like your food cooked along with some sushi, then Teppan Edo would be it. We've been there twice and going back in July. It is hibachi style, lots of fun. I haven't been disappointed yet. They have sushi offerings which my husband has tried and enjoyed.

We love Japanese Steak Houses so Teppan Edo is our favorite. We're not into sushi but I agree with the others, if sushi is your thing, then Tokyo Dining is probably a better choice.

I like Tokyo Dining...

Very good sushi...the Volcano Roll is fantastic...

Servers are wonderful and you get a great view of Illuminations!!

Teppan Edo was very good...but I'm a huge sushi fan, so Tokyo Dining is my choice..the specialty rolls..like the aforementioned "Volcano Roll" are awesome...spicy hot.

Tokyo Dining does - we had tempura in our bento boxes in January. It was a wonderfully light coating - FAB!

Tokyo Dining is mostly tempura and sushi, with a few grilled items. If you want tempura this is the place. The atmosphere is a bit quieter than Teppan Edo.

Hmmm, now I don't know what to do if Teppen doesn't have tempura! I like all that stuff...tempura, sushi, teppen...yikes...this is gonna be a hard one! Last year we drove to Myrtle Beach and on the way back stayed in this small town in Virginia where there was a fabulously yummy Japanese restaurant that almost seemed out of place actually. I think we'll just have to stop there again since they had everything we liked...and maybe choose another restaurant. Le Cellier is also on the short-list...as is WCC....decisions, decisions!
