How is Teppanyaki Restaurant? We will be on the DDP and are looking for something different. How is it?

When are you planning on going? I believe that the Teppanyaki restaurant will be closed for renovations from some time in March until the beginning of July.

We are going in October, so it should be open by then. Our sons are allergic to tree nuts/peanuts. Do you know what kind of oil they cook their food in?

I'm not sure about the oil - but the food is good and it's fun. Our boys love it. 7, 9 & 14

We went with DW, DS6 and DD3. They all thought it was one of the highlights of the trip. We videotaped most of the experience, and the kids still want to watch it once a week (and we were there 2 years ago!). We just found out that they moved the renovation time back, so it will be open when we go next week. The kids are so excited! We thought we'd have to skip it this time.
I'm not sure about the oil, but if you tell them when you check in, and also tell the chef, I would think they'd be able to accomodate your needs.
