Hi,
We are very excited to try Teppanyaki on our next trip to Epcot. I have a question about the menu.
My tiny 7 year old DD loves grilled shrimp, but would not eat anything else listed on the $11.99 kid menu??? So I saw where you could order a side of shrimp for $6.99. :confused3

So do you think they would let me do that for her. I could order my meal and my nephews and then just order a side of grilled shrimp for her? That is all she will eat anyway? :thumbsup2

So much planning to do and if I can save a little money and wasted food I am going to do it. :goodvibes

Thanks for any info. We will be there on June 2!! can't wait!!!

You will find all the WDW restaurants to be very accommodating, and I feel very comfortable saying that the folks at Teppanyaki will happily put together a nice meal for your daughter. We ate there last Dec. with our DS, 7 -- there was another child his age at the table (and certainly many kids in the restaurant that night). While we did work with the menu as it was, we have on many other occasions talked with our servers at WDW restaurants to put together nice meals for our DS. We find that while the printed kid's menus can be limited, they are usually very helpful and friendly about working with whatever food they do have from the regular menu to put together a kid's meal. I'd say not to worry!
