Dined at Teppan Edo December 19th and it was terrible. 4 people at me table ordered steak and shrimp and not not a one ate half of their food. My wife took one bite and that was enough. The steak was very chewy with no taste and the shrimp was eatable but not anything special. I brought it to the attention of the manager but she didn't seem very concerned with the food quality. Her only comment was the sauce could be used to improve the favor. She offered to cook more and box it up for take out which was not practical since I was staying at Bay Lake and was not interested in carrying food back to the room. She left and came back and gave a 10% discount.

That’s disappointing.

We ate there the week after Thanksgiving and it was pretty good. My kids and I all had steak and ate every last bite!

I’m sorry the food wasn’t good. I’ve never had an issue with the food, but it’s not a favorite of mine, especially without fried rice. The last time I dined their the chef gave my steak and shrimp to wrong people for both food. It was a little comical, but annoying since I had to wait until everyone was done eating to have food cooked for me.
