Will be dinning here for first time during our July trip. I've been to this type of hibachi restaurant before. Knowing that Disney usually adds more pizzazz to things, will TE be any different than the usual hibachi dinner?

From my experience, it will not be much different than you are used to except that you will have actual chefs from Japan cooking your food for you.

Nope, pretty standard.

Yes it is different in several ways. Many folks who have great Hibachi style restaurants at home are disappointed at Teppan Edo.
There is no big "fire" display. The chefs do entertain, but no fire. There is no fried rice - that is Chinese food not Japanese. They serve beef rice and have plain steamed white rice available. There is no soup as an appetizer. And I think that their portion sizes are on the small side.
All that said it is much more enjoyable and good than any restaurant near us at home.
