HI there sorry I was busy yesterday didn't jump online.
My daughter has needs and can't sit in a standard high chair. 1st time we asked for her to sit in her stroller at the table and they said no. So we had to sit with her in our lap and take turns eating. You could tell they were annoyed. This year we thought it'd be different and asked for a table to accommodate her stroller. We were told to wait 30 mins even though we had ADR. We waited about 10 mins before they paged us.
We got to the table and they said we were not allowed to have her stay in her stroller. When I argued about it they offered to let us push her in the stroller against the wall. Away from us and just to sit in the corner alone I was super offended and caused a scene. The reason was they wanted to squeeze another party into our table and said my daughter was taking up a space.
So personally any place that had 3-4 different employees tell me they were OK with me leaving my child in the corner while I ate was not a place I'll return to and give my $ to.
That sounds awful! The fact that it happened twice makes me think that you aren't the only people that they've done this type of thing to. Who is okay with leaving a small child in corner? My husband and I will be reconsidering our ADR; he's been talking about Coral Reef or even doing Biergarten again. I know it won't make a difference in terms to them and their bottom line but it will for me. I'm sorry this happened to you.
