You CAN get sushi at Teppan Edo, but only as an appetizer. If you want a greater selection of sushi, and plan to make it your meal, not just an app, I would check out Tokoyo Dining! Both restaurants are great, but Tokoyo Dining may be more what you are looking for. It's the sushi side of Teppan Edo. I have provided links to both of their menus for you!
