Teppan Edo - Yaki Sushi

Can someone tell me about the Sukiyaki Cripsy Beef Roll from Teppan Edo? I just picked up an ADR there for September and saw this on the menu. What is included in it? I'm hoping it's a typical Sushi type roll. I'm a fan of Sushi but not Sashimi and would love to get this as an appetizer.

I don't know this for sure, but if it's the one I had from the Food & Wine festival in October... it was very, very good.
