Teppan Edo Tipping Question?

Hi,
It will be our first time eating at Teppan Edo and i was wondering do i tip the waiter/waitress and the chef OR just the waiter/waitress?.

Also if anyone has pictures for me of their experience there i would be very grateful .

But before closing this, I will note that I have never included a separate tip for the chef.
