Teppan Edo: question regarding the rice

Hi guys!

This is kind of a strange question, but we have a dietary restriction in my group, and I notice that all the entrees come with beef rice. The beef is a no-go. Does anyone know if they can do an alternative like some kind of veggie rice, or just leave the beef out of it?

My entire group (six of us) always gets white rice instead of the beef rice.

We were there in early June. Many in our party of 8 requested plain white rice. I like that better with the flavorful entree items, to balance things out. BTW, I LOVE Teppan Edo!

I always get the plain white rice because it also apparently has some kind of seafood powder or something in it and I'm allergic.
