I booked our lunch there last week and one of the addons was the Wagyu Beef for $53 for 3oz. I looked again just now and it has been changed to $78 for a 4 oz piece. This is a bummer because I was totally going to try it for the $53 but can't justify the new price, even with the larger portion.

“American Wagyu” is not “Wagyu.” That’s a nonsense title to trick people into paying more for plain old beef.

We just saw this as well, and are concerned about the lack of an upgrade option to the filet. It now appears to only be an add on. I don't mind paying more, but having to buy another entree as well seems excessive...
