I've been poring over reviews and pictures at Teppan Edo to see if we want to go. We are not adventurous eaters and not familiar with Asian food so I'm wondering. It looks like the noodles get mixed in with onions. Can you get them without or does the chef mix it all together? For DD9 anything mixed with her noodles would be a dealbreaker. Do the kids meals have onion/veggies in the noodles?

The noodles look sort of like ramen. Do they taste anything like that?

My kids get the noodles without any veggies. They are picky eaters and really enjoy this place. I think it would be a good choice for you. It is very entertaining as well.

My kids are not adventurous eaters and they really enjoyed our dinner here last trip. I think your kids should be fine.

Just let the server know before the Chef arrives and they will be cooked separately from the other noodles.

Great to know. In fact none of us do onions, but DD9 is the only one that wouldn't just pick around them. The rice is just plain, right?

Now to decide what to get. I see the kids meal has chicken teriyaki, and my girls like "chicken teriyaki on a bun" at school but I have no idea if it tastes like real teriyaki!
