Teppan Edo - cannot make a reservation?

I have been trying to book a reservation at Teppan Edo for the past week but it just keep erroring even though there are times available. Anyone else had problems?

It’s just odd. The app doesn’t even show it as an option, logging into it on the website shows times available but when I get to confirm it says this:

I was able to make a reservation a few minutes ago for Teppan Edo using the MDE App.

It’s a comedy of errors! So, I called and made my reservation. All good. When I try to link it to MDE it says ‘this reservation is already linked to an account’ at this point I’m just going to turn up with the number. I suspect the email was typed in wrong by the phone operator?!

I've had this happen periodically with other restaurants, where the link for reservations disappears from the website, or the restaurant disappears from the Disney website itself. Usually it resolves if I come back in an hour or so. (Of course, if you're at your 60-day-mark and it's a high priority one, calling is the next best thing.)

The ADR function is famously glitchy and added problems ensue when Disney doesn’t load reservations 60 days out, but this is a new one! Is it possible that your credit card on file has expired? Glad you were able to get a reservation over the phone. All you usually need at check-in is the reservation number if something goes sideways. Have a great trip!
