Teppan Edo ADRs???

I've heard that Teppan Edo is open. We would love to eat there on 10-16. Does anyone have any idea when they will start taking ADRs and if they are still part of DDP?

I made reservations for Candlelight Processional on 11/23 at Teppan Edo and it was included in the dining plan.

I have heard that there have been lots of delays, but last I heard was that it will open on the 15th...we have reservations on October 21st, so I am very excited...and nervous that it won't be open.
