Tents in full hookup loop

I was unable to book a partial hookup for my tent for my stay, but found that a full hookup was available. My question is this: Are there going to be any drawbacks from not being in a trailer like I assume that everyone else in that loop will be? Is it a big deal - I am hoping for cancellations and will shift to a partial if available, but until then...

I have seen many tents in full hook-up sites, matter of fact we have been at FW in our RV with tent campers next to us. Should have no problems while there but will defer to those who have been in your position.

You will see every kind of camping unit, be it tents to the big RV's in every loop. There are only 2 partial hook up loops, the full hook up areas are the ones we prefer.

I will be in a full hook-up and in a pop-up. It is a Tent and a Trailer combined . If someone gives you a problem, just start singing your favorite disney song. Then say "I'm here, that's all that counts". Then smile

The biggest drawback to the full hook up sites is the size of the camping pad. They tend to have much longer paved driveway and smaller tent pads. If you have a really large tent and or plan to put up multiple tents, screen room, or dinning fly just let reservations know your size requirements and they will match you to a suitable site. A normal family tent will fit on all sites so don’t worry. The plus side of full hook up sites is most the campers will have their own bathrooms so the comfort stations tend to be less used.
