Hello!
I am new to the DIS and taking our kids to Disney for the first time in February! I went as a child, but never on "planned" trips...more just wing it as we go...so I am totally new to planning things out!

I have booked 6 nights at POP (Feb 21st-27th), the dining plan (1 table, 1 quick, and 1 snack each day) 5 day tickets, and the memory maker.

These are my tentative plans so far. I am wanting input on if I should be looking at any restaurants (particularly character meals) other than what I have booked or any other input! My kids are 4 and 1.

Sunday
MK and meal at 350 at Crystal Palace

Monday
Bfast at Cape May at 900

Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique at 11am (downtown Disney)

Dinner at 1900 Park Fare at 7pm

Tuesday
Hollywood Studios
Lunch at Hollywood and Vine at 1245

Wednesday
Epcot
Dinner at Garden Grill at 400pm

Thursday
Second day at MK or Animal Kingdom (haven't decided yet, waiting to kind of see how much we get done on Sunday at MK)

Friday
Bfast at Chef Mickeys at 740 and then head home!

Any input? Change anything?

Also I booked the 5 days because the price difference from 4 day was minimal and we are driving home Friday so that gives us the option to maybe hit a park for a few hours Friday if we decide to.

We really liked Pop and I hope you will, too. It is just so bright, colorful, and downright cheerful. The tropical feel around the main pool made me smile everyday.

You never know how your kids will react to characters. If it's not so good, just let the characters know at other meals and they'll just pause for a quick chat or move on along. I liked the food at Garden Grill.

If you aren't going to a park on your Park Fare day, I would have scheduled that for later in your trip when I would be tired.

Could you do an earlier dinner on Monday?

Just thinking it could be a late night (figure an hour for dinner, then back to resort, get ready for bed, etc). Especially if you want to get up for rope drop the next morning (I tend to do later nights later in the trip).

Also, seems like you're paying OOP for one meal, right? You have 6 scheduled but only 5 with the dining plan?

We are there for 6 nights so we have 6 table service meals. 6 quick service and 6 snacks each
