Allyoopcat - I have seen the HSM Room go for various numbers. I haven't had any real offers on mine yet, but I would like to get at least 3-5k for it (can always take more Hehe). I'll let you put in what you think is fair and we'll go from there.

Did you still want the tent room for 3k? If so when would you like to meet for the transaction? I don't have the code with me here at work, won't be able to get it until this evening so we'd have to meet after that.

Once I am in your room I will send you the code and you can verify that it works, then send me the credits. Does that work for you?
