Good morning, everyone! I'm looking at a visit to FW on the April 1-3 Weekend - taking my 12 year old to a Braves Spring Training game. I'm hoping to secure a tent site for the weekend, but the WDW site is showing no availability. Does anyone know if there is a chance of anything opening up closer to the date?

Thanks!

Dude,

That's still part of the Easter week price gouging part of the calendar. Second busiest time at WDW after Christmas-New Years. Plus all the locals that book a spring and fall weekend well in advance because of the excellent weather.

There always COULD be a cancellation that you could snag so keep looking. So from your point of view,

PS - although, seriously, the Braves? Have they become the Cobb County Braves yet? :rotfl2: But I shouldn't laugh as an Indians fan.:scared: Pitchers and catchers report today, though.

Ah, Easter Week - I was hoping things would clear out by the following Friday, but alas...

I'll keep trying. If all else fails, I could always park our camper in the FW parking lot and wait for them to throw us out...

We're hoping to catch the "new" Braves at their worst, then enjoy reminiscing when (if) they return to glory...!
